1. Reasons for silicone rubber mold: molded silicone rubber products are produced by mold molding. The size, cavity and surface of the mold determine the size and surface of the silicone rubber products. Therefore, the size of the mold is very critical and needs to be controlled at the source. In the design of silicone rubber mold, factors such as shrinkage, demoulding and convenient molding and processing must be reasonably considered. Secondly, the precision should be better controlled during the mold processing to prevent the mold size deviation caused by copper tool loss, improper processing and other reasons.

2. Pressure
It causes the bad load of the silicone key and the bad size of the silicone product.

4. Mold temperature
When the molding temperature is too high, it will accelerate the vulcanization of the silicone product compound, resulting in the decrease of the flow performance of the silicone product compound in the molding mold, resulting in the smaller size and thicker thickness of the silicone product.

Note: When the molding temperature is too low, the size of the silica gel products after molding is too large and the thickness is too thin.

The poor size of silicone products belongs to functional defects. Unlike the appearance of silicone products, silicone products will be scrapped in case of abnormal size, and there is almost no possibility of repair. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the control of abnormal size in the production process of silica gel products. Only when the cause is found can the problem be solved.
